Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. No forms. No interrogation.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Birchstone Advisors, LLC, doing business as Birchstone Media and operating the FountIQ brand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Time Recovery Blueprint, order bump add-ons, and any other digital products offered through our website or through Whop Marketplace.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

All purchases of FountIQ digital products are covered by a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date as recorded in our payment processor's system.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send a single email to:

Your email should include your name and the email address used at the time of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason, explanation, or proof of use. We will not ask you to demonstrate that you attempted to use the product.

2.3 Processing Time

We will acknowledge your refund request within one (1) business day. Refunds are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days of acknowledgment. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically an additional three (3) to ten (10) business days.

2.4 Refund Amount

Refunds are issued for the full purchase price paid, including any order bump add-ons purchased in the same transaction, provided the refund request covers all items in that transaction. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Partial Refunds

If you purchased multiple products in a single transaction and wish to receive a refund for only one item, please specify which item(s) you are requesting a refund for in your email. We will process a partial refund for the specified item(s) at the price paid.

4. Purchases Outside the 30-Day Window

Refund requests submitted more than thirty (30) calendar days after the original purchase date are outside the scope of our standard guarantee and will not be approved except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction);
  • The product was not delivered and you did not receive access within 48 hours of purchase despite contacting support;
  • Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide for a longer refund period, in which case we will comply with those legal requirements.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly, and most issues can be resolved within one (1) business day.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide transaction evidence to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of access to our products and services.

6. Access After Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, your license to access and use the refunded Product is immediately revoked. You agree to discontinue use of the Product and delete any downloaded copies upon receiving your refund confirmation.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Purchases of third-party services or subscriptions (e.g., Pickaxe AI credits) that are processed and fulfilled by third parties independently of FountIQ;
  • Any custom or bespoke services explicitly designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

8. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights apply in addition to (and are not limited by) this policy.
